How are you doing today? Is Sunday a tough day for you? Is it a day that feels. Overwhelming because it’s long and there’s no real plans? Perhaps your tired and run down from the week and perhaps going out drinking too much. Does the anxiety and angst of Monday start to creep in on you along with the dark feelings.
Do you want to feel different on Sundays? Feel like Sunday is a recharging day and something you look forward to you?
Well you can, but as referenced in other posts it does require a bit of planning. But what about now,. If you are reading this post and can feel the ugly dark feelings of loneliness coming…. What to do if you have no plan.
Well as I write this it is a beautiful day. The first choice to change your mood and attitude is to do physical activity and get outside into the nature.

Some quick suggests:
Go for a walk in your neighbourhood with a curiosity mind-set.. Don’t over think it.. Just put in your shoes and go for a 30 min walk this can invigorate you.
But more adventurous? Get an Uber and go to the east coast park. Walk on the beach. Take off your shoes and walk in the sand.. Sit and listen to the waves. Rent one the bikes. Once you are out in nature it is hard to feel alone. Breath in the air. Hear the waves. Feel the sun on you. F
Other choices can be to go Pasir Ris Park and explore that area or Mac Richie Park. Anywhere you can get outside is so good for changing mental health.
So today since it is a gorgeous day make a point to get outside and spend some time in nature and you’ll feel better
